Question:  How are your physical products made?

 I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it the fastest and most efficiently!

Question: What t-shirt brands do you have?

I use brands such as American Apparel, Anvil, Alternative, Bella + Canvas, and Gildan.

Question:  Where will my order ship from?

I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide!

Question:  My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out, please do the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get contact me at info@angelique-hill.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, my team can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Question:  How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, reach out to me at info@angelique-hill.com .

Question:  When will I receive my order in the mail?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Question:   I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I am so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at info@angelique-hill.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Question:   Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts, located on the product page. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please contact me at info@angelique-hill.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Question:   What is your refund policy?

 Physical Products: I only offer returns on items that are damaged or mislabeled. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Please kindly email me at info@angelique-hill.com to request a refund due to damaged or mislabeled items. I do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse or wrongly ordered sizes. Please refer to the sizing chart on the product page to choose an appropriate size before purchasing. 


 Digital Products: I only offer returns on courses that have not been accessed within 14 days. In other words, if you have not started the course(s) within 14 days of the initial purchase date, you can receive a full refund. There are no returns on planners/journals, e-books, or workbooks.

Question:  What if I completed the course but didn’t learn anything? Can I get a refund?

 It is my hope that every student who completes my course(s) will gain knowledge on the skills that they sought to learn. However, per the return policy, no refunds will be given on courses that have already been started or completed within 14 days of the purchase date. It is my goal to provide students with basic knowledge on the key life skills that are important to reach success as an adult; and since you cannot refund knowledge, I do not offer money back on courses.
